Due to the early NYSE and CME closings on Thursday, July 3rd, 2003, please note the following processing schedule changes to the Holiday Schedule Advisory Notice #03-47 issued on June 27th, 2003. 

SPAN AND TRADE PROCESSING CYCLES

There will be no early SPAN file on Thursday, July 3rd, 2003.  Instead, the final SPAN file will be produced at approximately 2:30 p.m.  There will be no SPAN files produced on Friday, July 4th, 2003. 

On Thursday, July 3, 2003, the out-trade reconciliation print times will occur as follows:

  10:00 a.m. 1st reconciliation
  12:00 p.m. 2nd reconciliation
    2:00 p.m. 3rd reconciliation

Please note that all trade data and out-trade corrections must be submitted to the exchange by 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 3rd, 2003.   All front-end clearing applications such as TES, APS, ACS, EFP, and ETP systems will be shut down at 4:00 p.m.

PCS data files must be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m.  The option exercise notice deadline will remain 7:00 p.m.   All other holiday schedules as noted in the June 27, Advisory Notice #03-47, remain unchanged.
